lack of shampoo covered glass
The staff were friendly throughout my stay they were helpful.
The hotel seemed to lack attention to detail there was no soap or shampoo. The glass between the bathroom and bedroom was covered it could not be opened.

the staff were very helpful. ozgur at reception was especially kind. caner also gave excellent service (i really appreciated his assistance). the hotel location provides easy access to transportation.
the room i stayed in was quite small. it lacked some essential amenities like proper toiletries in the bathroom.

SUPERB Hotel Experience
super clean room attentive staff fabulous breakfast excellent service
The rooms were super clean and well-kept. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the cleaning. Breakfast was fabulous with attentive staff, including two individuals from Indonesia. I loved how the restaurant manager arranged a packed breakfast for my early departure one morning. Nargul was helpful. All the staff, including Mahmutcan, Caner, Samet, and Cisma, provided excellent service.
I found the hotel to be somewhat overpriced for the overall quality. It did not quite live up to full five-star expectations.

The location is relaxing, as it is away from busy tourist areas. Uber taxis provided convenient transportation during my trip. The hotel is near a park and the Bosphorus. It is not far from the center.

The restaurant on the sixth floor offers beautiful views. It provides a calm atmosphere with sufficient privacy. The dishes were delicious and adapted for tourists. The breakfast included magic HONEY!!!

The hotel has a sauna, a pool, and a hammam. They are all very clean. The spa offers a relaxing and authentic experience. I found the salon stylish and well-managed. There is live piano music.
